In most instances, we can schedule your appointment within 24-48 hours of your call. All patients are required to bring their insurance card and drivers license to every appointment.

Payment is expected when services are rendered. Insurance will be filed as a courtesy for all participating insurers. Your co-payment must be paid on the day of your visit. Payment arrangements are made for obstetrical patients only.
